Outdoor adventure & event photographer · Northeast Ohio

I'm already there.

I shoot the adventures I take part in, then stay on to help the images do their job.

The ongoing project

Portraits of Adventure

The human connection to land and outdoor spaces, the culture built around them, and the experiences shaped by place.

Trail volunteers, conservation workers, adaptive athletes, and the people who keep outdoor places alive. Told without anyone's marketing shaping the story.

Common questions

Where are you based?

Northeast Ohio. I work across the region, including Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Hudson and Medina, and travel for the right project, wherever it is.

What kinds of events do you photograph?

Gravel and mountain bike races, trail running, whitewater and paddling festivals, adventure races, skydiving and outdoor community events.

What happens after the shoot?

Delivery isn't the finish line. We look back together at what worked and what's worth building on, so the next shoot starts ahead of the last one. That's usually how a single project turns into a season.

Who owns the photos?

I keep the copyright. You get a license that spells out exactly where you can use the images, from social and web to print and ads.

Do you shoot video?

Yes, with a trusted video partner. They shoot alongside me, so stills and video come from the same plan and the same look. Since it means a second person on site, video is quoted as an add-on.
