This policy covers joshreuck.com and the tools Josh Reuck Photography uses to run the business, including JRP Library. Josh Reuck Photography is a one-person business owned by Josh Reuck in Akron, Ohio.

Website

joshreuck.com is hosted by Squarespace. If you contact me or book a session, I use your name, email and the details you send only to reply and do the work. I don't sell or share your information. The site uses basic analytics to understand visits. You can block cookies in your browser.

JRP Library

JRP Library is a private app I built to catalog my own photographs and publish them to my own accounts (Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest). Only I use it. It is not offered to the public and does not collect information about anyone else.

Google user data the app accesses

When I sign in with my Google account, JRP Library uses the Google Business Profile API to access my own business profile: account and location details, existing posts, and photos. If I connect Google Sheets or Google Drive, it accesses only the files I choose to work with.

How it uses that data

It uses this data only to publish my photos and captions to my own Business Profile, check which photos are already posted so nothing posts twice, and show me what's on my profile. It does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to train general AI or machine learning models.

Sharing

Google user data is not shared, sold or transferred to anyone. It goes only between my own computer and Google.

Storage and protection

Sign-in tokens and post records are stored only on my own computer, which is password protected and encrypted. All connections to Google use encrypted HTTPS. Nothing from my Google account is stored on any outside server.

Retention and deletion

Post records are kept only while I use the app. Disconnecting Google in the app deletes the stored sign-in tokens. Access can also be removed at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask about or request deletion of any data, email josh@joshreuck.com.

Google API Services

JRP Library's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
